18 faculty members in the School of Public Health were ranked as the most cited Iranian researchers and recorded top one percent in the world. According to the public relations report of School of Public Health at Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS), and based on the report of Science and Technology Citation and Monitoring Institute (ISC) of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which was published in November this year (1401); the names of 18 faculty members in the School of Public Health at TUMS are among the most cited Iranian researchers representing top 1% in the world. According to this report, TUMS, had 78 researchers in this list, ranked the first in the country by having the highest share among all universities. The School of Public Health, having 115 faculty members, has the most cited researchers among the schools of TUMS, thus representing top 1% in the world.
