Deputy for Administration and Finance

 

Introduction: The Deputy for Administration and Finance was established in 1981 as a separate department. Since then the department has been active in finance, administration and executive affairs in cooperation with other deputies. Planning and developing policies related to the financial system of human resources in the form of transaction laws and regulations for the university and implementing and supervising the financial and administrative system are its main activity areas. Since its establishment, the directors of this deputy have been: Mr. Iran-Shahi, Dr. Shah-Taheri, Dr. Sadeghi, Dr. Akhavan, and Dr. Zakerian.

Mission: This department has a vast range of responsibilities with the aim of improving the quantitative and qualitative aspects of its activities that covers an extensive list from welfare of employees and contracts, to landscaping, payments and dealings with any other organization and bodies.

Vision: Becoming one of the most crucial departments of the university that controls all financial-administrative activities wards effectively achieving goals of school and be a critical contributor to solution of relevant problems and issues.

  • Performing legal affairs of the School
  • Settling payments to staff, faculty members, contractors and companies on time
  • Issuing and implementing employment statements
  • Supervising purchases and equipment Supervising contracts
  • Supervising utilities and service equipment
  • Supervising services and maintenance staff, landscape, etc.

  • Organizing the administrative affairs of finance according to transaction regulations and directives of the university
