Through our interdisciplinary educational programs, innovative research, policy analysis, communication, consultation services and a variety of other activities we try to protect and improve the health of public, prevent diseases and reduce health disparities across Iran and throughout the world.
Main objectives:
- Provide the highest level of education in a wide range of interdisciplinary educational programs - Foster innovative research, policy analysis, communication and consultation services - Strengthen health capacities and services in the national and regional level - Develop policies and programs to reduce health disparities - Develop policies and programs to improve health and healthcare services - Ensure people live in a safe and clean environment - Ensure people have healthy eating and other lifestyle habits - Try to protect and improve the health of public and prevent illness and injuries - Try to have bilateral collaboration with international organizations - Promote ethics in all school activities and programs

Horizons ahead:
The School of Public Health intends to prioritize the following initiatives to achieve the goal of internationalization, as outlined in the school's four-year plan, which was approved by the University Board of Directors:
Expanding the international school environment by signing a memorandum of understanding with public health institutions in other countries for scientific, educational and research exchange.
Designing short-term courses in the field of "health systems" to adapt them to the objectives of health-related sustainable development goals.
Targeted activities to better identify the school to attract international students by holding scientific conferences.
Optimization of school space in line with the internationalization.
Encourage and reward departments attempting to improve learning processes to attract more international students.
Regularly hold advocacy meetings, journal clubs, and scientific meetings in English in the presence of managers and international experts.
Expanding the School of Public Health's cross-border organizational presence in the region and worldwide.
Introducing and informing the School of Public Health’s missions and position in regional and global arenas.
Advocacy for the development of the School of Public Health's International Affairs.
International education programs adaptation and implementation.
Developing and strengthening the international education capacities of the School of Public Health.
Participating Iranian and non-Iranian (residing abroad) researchers and experts in international education and research of school of public health.
